PSE Flex is designed for residential customers who heat and/or cool with PSE electricity. Occasionally, there are periods of time when demand for energy is much higher than normal, known as “Flex events,” which can strain the electrical grid. PSE Flex empowers customers to work together to smooth out the demand for energy through smart technology and simple actions.

During a Flex event, PSE will automatically adjust the temperature set point of your thermostat. No action needed on your part!

During a Flex event, PSE will send you a notification to reduce your energy usage. You will be rewarded based on how much electricity you save!

In addition to the enrollment rewards, participants will also be automatically entered to win one of two $250 gift cards each month (except October and April).
